Charles H. Burnidge, AIA
Mr. Burnidge received his Bachelor of Architecture degree
from Iowa State University. In 1967 he established an independent
practice which later became Burnidge Cassell Associates in 1968.
Mr. Burnidge is Principal-in-Charge of the Education Studio and
the Landscape Architecture/Land Planning Studio. He is active
as a Service Associate with the Illinois Association of School
Boards. He has been a frequent presenter at past education conferences. |

Daniel R. Atilano, AIA
Mr. Atilano holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural
Studies from the University of Illinois and a Master in Architecture
from the University of Michigan. He is a Principal and Team Leader
of BCA's Recreation and Municipal Studio. Mr. Atilano is a member
of the Illinois Association of Park Districts, Illinois Park and
Recreation Association, and Illinois Municipal League. Mr. Atilano
has conducted numerous original research surveys and has been
a program presenter at IAPD/IPRA conferences and workshops. Mr.
Atilano is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Richard C. McCarthy, AIA
Mr. McCarthy received a Master of Architecture degree from the University
of Illinois. He is a Principal and Team Leader for BCA's Library Studio. He
is the author of Designing Better Libraries. Mr. McCarthy
has served on the Board of Trustees of Gail Borden Library in
Elgin for 18 years. He is a member of the Illinois Library Association
as well as the American Library Association. Mr. McCarthy is a LEED Accredited Professional.
