As part of the long-range master plan Burnidge Cassell Associates was commissioned to design a new facility for the college's award winning Culinary Arts Program. The new construction nestles itself into a large hill on the north side of the campus and adjoins the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) and the Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC).

Diners enter the new centrally located restaurant directly from the outside as well as internally via an enclosed walkway near the music wing of the Visual and Performing Arts Center. In this way, diners can come to the restaurant before or after a performance.

The cooking classrooms as well as the main dining room have audio, visual and satellite hook-up capabilities. Additionally, the facility houses staff offices and locker room. The new Culinary Arts facility allows the college to expand the current course offerings to allow for 500 students per year in the program.
