BCA designed a 10,316 square foot police facility for the Village of Pingree Grove. The $3.5 million project is striving to be LEED® certified and includes the following components:
-2-car sally port
-Processing Area
-2 holding cells
-Arms storage
-Report writing stations
-Records with high density storage units
-Roll call / break room
-Multipurpose / training room
-Administrative area
-Interview and complaint rooms
-Staff work areas
The second phase includes a 10,345 square foot, slab-on-grade, single story village hall that can expand to 13,632 square feet.
Construction will be completed in Fall 2008.
