Pool Feasibility Study
BCA was commissioned to conduct a facility audit and facility impact study for an existing outdoor pool located in Apple River, Illinois. Improvement options with varying programming spaces and amenities were created. Consideration was given to identify what improvements could be made to the existing facility to maximize use and efficiency. Revenue and expense projections were also developed for each option. |
