BCA created a community-based facility master plan for the existing 85,070 square foot Lincoln Center in Highland, Indiana.  The Lincoln Center is a former elementary school and 1997 field house addition.  More than 260 residents participated in the six month planning process.  The master plan outlined three proposed facility projects totaling $15.7M in construction costs.  The recommended first phase construction cost of $7M addresses four of the top five most important improvements identified in a community survey.
