BCA is assisting the Park District with the concept development of a 67,530 square foot community center. The $15 million project is pending referendum approval in February 2008. Program components include a 8,725 square foot fitness center, three basketball courts, a 3-lane, 1/7 mile walking/jogging track, aerobics/dance studio, multipurpose rooms, senior room, general use and adult locker/shower rooms, daycare, juice bar, and administration areas. |
