The addition includes
a new five-lane lap pool, spa, fitness center,
offices, control desk, entry, and lounge. The architecture
of the addition recalls the form and massing of the adjoining tennis
building. The improvements have resulted in fitness memberships increasing from 981 to 2800 during the first six months of re-opening. Fitness revenue has increased by 223% and swim lesson revenue by 40%. |
